At Paire, we want you to feel as comfortable in our clothes as you do in your own skin; that is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items. We strive for a seamless experience to ensure you find your perfect fit without any added stress.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label to print and attach to your original packaging.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Securely seal your items and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your label.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Credit

  After our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method or your new exchange will be shipped out.
